Application Process

Everest Academy is a PreK to Grade 12 school.  For SY 2025-2026, the grade levels being offered are Pre-Kinder 3 (3 years old), Pre-Kinder 4 (4 years old), Kindergarten (5 years old), Grades 1 to 7  The succeeding grade level will continue to be opened every year until PreK to 12 is completed. 

  • Download the form and prepare the required documents.
  • Upload soft copies of requirements on this link.
  • Requirements must be complete for the application to be processed.
  • Pay the application fee (for Kinder and up only).
  • Admissions office will email payment instructions upon complete submission of requirements.
  • The admissions office will email your child’s assessment, trial class, and initial admissions interview for you to confirm.
  • Bring the following documents for verification against the uploaded digital copies:
  • Original Baptismal certificate
  • Original PSA Birth certificate and 1 clear photocopy for submission
  • For student whose previous school was abroad: Original complete transcript from Kinder to current grade level, and 1 clear photocopy for submission
  • For student whose previous school was abroad: Original complete transcript from Kinder to current grade level, and 1 clear photocopy for submission
  • Parent interview may be scheduled
  • Wait for the release of the admissions decision via email
  • Any decision by the admissions committee is final. As the evaluation is holistic, the school need not specify the detailed reason/s for non-admission to parents or guardian
